Quincy is one of the 7 vineyards that make up the Centre Loire region. Its single grape variety, Sauvignon, is also the emblematic grape variety of the Centre Loire. The vines are planted on ancient terraces of the Cher river. This sedimentary origin gives the wines a unique flavour in which Sauvignon finds its finest expression.

Tasting Notes
Aging in jars produces chiseled, fresh, fruity wines. It also adds depth and roundness to this cuvée, while retaining its minerality and finesse. This method of ageing also gives it exceptional cellaring potential. This cuvée needs 2 to 3 years before it opens up fully. Don't hesitate to decant before tasting.
